Kaiza (ƒJƒCƒU, Kaiza?) was viewed as a hero by the citizens and inspired hope in all around him. After Gato came to the Land of Waves, the citizens were suppressed and the country fell into poverty. Kaiza spoke out against Gato and the effects he was having on the Land of Waves, yet was executed for it. Kaiza's death broke the villagers of the Land of Waves' spirit, and they fell into acceptance of the life they lived.
