Backround
He passed the Academy at age 7
He became a Chuunin at age 11
Might Guy is the leader of Team Guy, though much of his time with this team is spent with Rock Lee. Because Lee's goal in life is to master taijutsu, Guy's goal has become to help Lee achieve this dream, dedicating his free time to teaching Lee all that he knows about taijutsu. Because of Guy's dedication to Lee, Lee has likewise become dedicated to Guy, and models himself in his sensei's image.
Guy, and by extension Lee, lives his life by his own "My Rules" philosophy, which involves setting tougher self-imposed penalties for failure in the belief that the punishment will make him stronger.
Part 1
When first we see Guy he punishes Lee for fighting when he shouldn't have been.
Guy protects Lee during his fight with Gaara in the Chuunin exams.
Guy fights the Sand and Sound ninja when they try to envaid the leaf village
He comes to Kakashi, Asuma, and Kurenai's defence against Itachi and Kisame.
When Sasuke goes to find and fight Itachi, Guy goes after him.
Part 2
He goes to help team Kakashi to save Gaara.
He fights Kisame's clone and wins.
